What hides inside
Insecurity frames the lie
-
What the world could be
No mere infatuation
-
Remember everything
The pounding of drums in my head awakes me
-
The devil’s mark
My flames will be your only warmth
-
Blue to black
In the smoke of Eden burning
-
Terror struck
And the world will never be the same
-
Souls lost
Wake of tragedy, the dreary morning after
-
Careless youth
High above unnoticed nets
-
Tickets to damnation
Hell must be a warm and loving place
-
Angry red
Tossing, turning, sleep evades me
-
Gravity be damned
Watching crystalized breath rise through falling snow
-
The world on mute
With the world on mute I’m blessedly at peace
-
Laws of attraction
Blind to outward beauty
-
Picnic season
Hibernation, how bears wait
-
What is love
I’ve come to known the joys of passion, I live the agony of loss
-
A life mundane
Slave to the ordinary
-
Words of old
Unaware the message told
-
Why wake me
There’s nothing soothing in these truths you bared
-
Butterflies of meaning
Words took hold, swarms of wings
-
Boldly venture forth
Ahead lay dreams to boldly conquer
-
Set in stone
There is no changing minds set in their beliefs
-
After the gloaming
Even in embrace of darkest night
-
Pretty things
Words, like tools, need proper use
-
Only memories remain
This used to be her kingdom
-
The moment ends
The memory remains forever
-
Hate is for the lost
I’m honest to myself, in need of no forgiveness
-
Pull away
When two kindred spirits meet
-
Shallow pulse
Stacking rhyming lines
-
Someone elsewhere
Is there somewhere you belong
-
Sticky threads
A single lie, so fast it flies
-
My fragile heart
I’d rather scar or bruise
-
Between my scars
You may learn what pain I hide
-
In knots
A mess of expectation
-
Aside
Do I want to know
-
Tangled mess
Return to live the blissful lie of yesterday
